Beverly Babb

Beverly Babb's, strategic and management talent is the result of 20+ years of proven experience in leading national, international and local association staff members and volunteer teams. She has a strong talent for building cohesive and dedicated teams. Her strategic management skills supports teams in achieving high-levels of efficiency and accomplishment.   She served as the president of the Arizona Society of Association Executives and completed service terms on numerous non-profit boards. Beverly also holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation and the Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP) designation.

Terri Lopez

Teresa Lopez comes to AdamsChandler from a background in systems implementation including databases and financial systems.  She has successfully guided the transition of several major operational software installations and served as a key decision maker in selecting the right software to accomplish the strategic objectives of an organization.   Terri's expertise is in helping identify the results that will be needed from software as well as the processes to effectively use the software.  She also provides the analytic work to measure accomplishments. 

Mike Gibbs

Mike Gibbs is our Accounting Project Consultant. Mike’s accounting experience and expertise enable him to provide systematic review of accounting processes, and process improvement recommendations as our Accounting Project Consultant.  Mike provides recommendations related to internal controls, various aspects of the accounting cycle, and financial reporting and analysis.  Additionally, Mike provides technical assistance for various financial modeling and other advanced Excel projects.

Kathleen Rivera is our brilliant Events and Project Manager.  She keeps the trains running on time and on the right track!  Kathleen coordinates our project workflow through our cloud-based project management system.  She makes sure all event details are up to date and available 24/7 to our clients.  Her attention to detail and granular-level focus solves challenges before they become problems and keeps everyone rowing in the same direction.

 

Sara Duncah

Sara Duncan brings her talent for simplifying communications to reach the right audience with the right message for the right action. Sara's approach to marketing includes adding humor and fun to a very disciplined system of communication management.  When the options for marketing communication channels can sometimes feel overwhelming, Sara understands how to path the way forward for optimum outcome and ROI.  Sarah starts with mission and goals to create the targets and objectives for customized and mobilized communication plans.

Amie Perea is our Membership Manager. Amie combines her nonprofit experience, including membership recruitment and retention, with event management and grant deliverables experience. She brilliantly manages the processes for amazing member experiences and thorough grant reporting.  She handles our membership systems and member communication so that members feel connected to their organization and support the mission.

 

Anna Lena

Anna Lena is our talented project assistant.  She supports our team to help us support our clients.  Anna is a digital native with an intuitive feel for navigating the electronic information world. She helps provide research support, data entry work, copy editing and newsletter distribution.  Her attention to detail allows others to focus on key projects and strategic objectives.

 

Brad Evans

 

Brad Evans brings his vast experience in systems automation to AdamsChandler.  If it can be automated, Brad will figure out how.  Reducing steps, leveraging technology, finessing processes - he breathes this stuff!  He has applied his talent to everything from robotics to software.  When we have a marketing automation project that requires implementing appropriate software and plans, he works to evaluate options and choose the best solution based on budget and objectives.
